1. Returns Period: You may return your equipment/trailer within 10 days of delivery. If it meets the return criteria, a refund will be processed within two days to the original payment method.
2. Condition of Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. Any signs of wear or damage may affect the refund eligibility. Customized or modified trailers may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Return Authorization: Obtain a return authorization from our customer service team before shipping the trailer back or arrange for pick-up.
IronnationEquip is responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure the trailer is securely loaded to prevent any damage during return transit.
