​IronnationEquip uses a custom algorithm to automatically calculate freight on most of our items. Unfortunately some items require manual calculation of freight.

IronnationEquip ships Monday thru Friday with the exception of observed holidays. Products are usually located in one of our warehouses and will be shipped within one business day. Occasionally, products listed are not located in one of our warehouses and (in the case of used items) may need to picked up from a personal seller. We will do our best to ship all items within this time frame. IronnationEquip understands that it's not convenient or possible for our clients to always pick up their equipment, that's why we offer reliable and efficient nationwide delivery.

IronnationEquip offers both domestic and international shipping options.
a. Domestic Shipping: We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to deliver your horse trailer and/or Machinery to any location within the United States.
b. International Shipping: For international customers, we arrange shipping through trusted freight forwarders who specialize in transporting heavy equipment worldwide.
2. Shipping Timeframes:
a. Once your equipment purchase is confirmed and payment is received, we will initiate the shipping process within two business days.
b. The estimated delivery time will depend on the weather, distance, and other factors beyond our control.
c. We will provide you with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
3. Shipping Cost:
a. Shipping costs will vary based on several factors, including the dimensions and weight of the trailer or equipment, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method.
b. Shipping costs will be clearly outlined in your quote, so you are aware of the charges before completing your purchase.
c. Additional fees, such as taxes, insurance, customs duties or import charges for international shipments, are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery Process:
a. For domestic shipments, our shipping partners will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
b. Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect the equipment for any damages or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
5. Shipping Restrictions
a. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the equipment complies with all local laws and regulations at the destination.
b. IronnationEquip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if shipping restrictions or legal limitations prevent us from delivering the equipment to the specified location.
6. Insurance and Liability
a. IronnationEquip will arrange insurance coverage for your trailer and/or equipment during transit to protect against loss or damage.
b. In the event of any damage or loss during shipment, please notify us immediately with supporting documents and pictures as evidence. We will initiate a claims process to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Cancelation and Returns
a. If you need to cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made after the shipping process has begun may incur additional charges.
